During the Project Planning phase Vision Quest can help you to schedule and define the project tasks in detail, architect the execution process and assemble the project team. At Vision Quest we believe that, in addition to these steps, defining a project's Critical Success Factors, and making a clear distinction between these and "sacrificeable" factors is an essential step in the Project Planning process. Omitting or neglecting this step can jeopardize the whole project (we know of several examples where this has been the case) and information regarding the Critical Success Factors should be shared by the whole project team from this phase on.
