Our Microsoft Certified trainers (MOT) answer inquiries from
your organization's staff about PC usage .
We offer the following 3 services depending on the product
and its usage.
- Remote Help Desk Service (Desktop)
Monthly charge from 100,000 yen (40 trouble tickets per
month)
- Remote Help Desk Service (Advanced)
Monthly charge from 150,000 yen (40 trouble tickets per
month)
- Remote Help Desk Service (Network System
Support)

What is our On-site
Help Desk Service?
Our Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP) and trainers (MOT)
are available on-site for user support and to answer inquiries
from your organization's staff about PC usage .
We offer the following 2 services depending on the product
and its usage.
- On-site Help Desk Service (Standard)
Monthly charge from 900,000 yen (1 staff on-site full-time)
- On-site Help Desk Service (Advanced)
Monthly charge from 1,170,000 yen (1 staff on-site full-time)
